Approximately 800 Princeton residents braved cold temperatures, slush and snow to pay tribute to veterans, peace keepers and first responders at the annual Remembrance Day ceremony at Princeton’s cenotaph.
Legion Chaplin Sandra Lawlor asked the crowd to reflect on those conditions, and imagine enduring them for months and even years at a time.
A remarkable number of those paying their respects today were young families with their children.
