Chilliwack firefighters were on scene Wednesday afternoon at fire in a mobile home park on Unsworth Road.
The fire reportedly started under the structure, and broke out around 12:30 p.m.
When crews arrived they could see smoke coming from the unit.
The fire intensified before crews upped their attack.
They managed to strike the fire by 1 p.m.
All occupants made it out safely.
By 1:30 p.m. Unsworth was closed in both directions. The mobile home park is across the road from Unsworth elementary, and the parking lot was only able to be accessed from Keith Wilson Road.
Firefighters from several halls were called in to battle the blaze.
