Police say a suspicious vehicle seen travelling on Riverside Drive in the early hours of Oct. 12 was spotted by an officer with the RCMP’s crime reduction unit.
Officers later found the vehicle parked at a pull-out at Hamilton Street and Lewis Avenue and took a man into custody in the 45000-block of Lewis Avenue.
Drugs believed to be methamphetamine, fentanyl and, cocaine, were seized by RCMP from the suspect during the arrest, as well as an undisclosed amount of cash.

Aubie’s record goes back to 1998 when he was arrested for possession of stolen property, personation with intent to gain advantage and four counts of causing a person to use a forged document. He was convicted on two counts and sentenced to 60 days.
Since then he has been a frequent and consistent visitor to cells and the courthouse.
In addition to the above charges he faced in Chilliwack court on Oct. 23, he was also in court that day charged alongside 25-year-old Chelsey Rae Loranger.
