The City of Mission is asking for feedback from its citizens to help guide its plans for 2022.
The annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey can be completed online, and is available until July 31. The input will help direct community priorities on key services provided, as well as important issues facing the city.
“The survey tells us where we are doing well and where we need to make changes,” said Mayor Paul Horn.
“Taking five minutes to respond gives us critical information that allows us to be focused, effective and strategic. Council truly appreciates when everyone shares their input.”
Missionites can rate the services they receive, and let planners know where they would like to see further investment. The survey is described as a “critical touchpoint” for council’s 2022 budget deliberations in September.
The Citizen Satisfaction Survey has been done every year since 2016. Hard copies of the survey are available at all municipal buildings, and the Mission Library in both English, and Punjabi.
Those requiring further translation services can call municipal hall: 604-820-3700.
