Six years after the last one, the City of Penticton is launching a survey to get feedback from residents about quality of life, city services and priorities.
Residents interested in participating are encouraged to complete the survey online at shapeyourcitypenticton.ca or by completing hard copies available at the Seniors’ Drop-in Centre, city hall, the library and community centre.
“Citizen surveys are an important form of measurement that allow council and staff to evaluate services and measure changes either year over year or city by city,” said engagement strategist, JoAnne Kleb in a news release. “The information collected is of considerable value for council and staff when planning annual budgets, setting priorities or evaluating services.
