The Penticton South Okanagan Similkameen Regional RCMP Detachment is holding its second Coffee With A Cop on Wednesday, Dec. 19, from 10 a.m. to noon.

Const. James Grandy said that this is the public’s chance to meet with neighbours and police officers to ask questions, voice concerns and get to know the community.

“Every day our officers put on their uniforms and work to make us safer, sometimes seeing the dark side of humanity. Coffee with a Cop is a nice chance for us to get to know our community and interact on a personal and positive level,” said Grandy.

The event will be hosted at Blenz, located at 284 Main St. Penticton.
