The park is on the east side of Skaha Lake, at 176 Chadwell Pl. in the Heritage Hills/Lakeshore Highlands Community Association.
The park has been under development since 2018.
The project is for a facility with two accessible washrooms and a mechanical room.
The RDOS had set a budget for the project at $100,000, with the two unaccepted bids coming in over that amount.
Greyback Construction’s estimated cost came in $141,735 and Sterling Okanagan Builders estimate was $126,566.70.
Funding will come from the Electoral Area D Community Gas Tax funding through the Okanagan Falls Parks and Recreation Project.
