The Quesnel Regional Airport is limiting the times it is open to the public as Central Mountain Air reduces its flights in and out of Quesnel in response to COVID-19.

As of Saturday, March 28, the Quesnel Airport’s Main Terminal will be open to the public on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1:30-4:30 p.m. to accommodate Central Mountain Air flights.

Central Mountain Air is currently scheduling three flights per week, arriving at Quesnel at 2:50 p.m. and departing at 3:20 p.m. This new schedule is in effect from March 28 through to May 3, as the airline reduces its scheduled flights by more than 50 per cent of its current capacity. The Quesnel Regional Airport’s Operations Building will remain open to pilots as per usual, according to the City of Quesnel.
