The City of Parksville is advising the public of a planned Craig Creek twin culvert replacement project at Northwest Bay Road and the city boundary.
Construction is anticipated to begin on July 15 and is expected to be substantially complete by the end of August.

To facilitate the culvert replacement, the city’s contractor anticipates a temporary road closure on Northwest Bay Road. Full road closure details will be provided when the final construction schedule has been approved.
During construction, traffic will be controlled in all directions for both cars and pedestrians. Expect interruptions to traffic flow and intermittent alternating single-lane usage. For the public’s safety, the instructions provided by the traffic control people must be obeyed.
