A small crash in the northbound lane on Patricia Bay Highway near Elk/Beaver Lake is stalling traffic between Sayward Road and Vanalman Avenue.
The incident took place just before 5 p.m. and is still backing up the rush hour traffic between Saanich and Sidney.
