Cullen in town

Nathan Cullen, Skeena-Bulkley Valley MP, will be in Vernon Thursday.

A high-profile New Democrat is making a stop in the North Okanagan.

Nathan Cullen, Skeena-Bulkley Valley MP, will be in Vernon Thursday.

“He will share information about pipelines, oil exports, and related environmental issues,” said Jacqui Gingras, with the local NDP.

“The talk is entitled, Take Back our Coasts.”

He is currently the official opposition House leader in Ottawa.

Cullen will be at the Vernon Recreation Complex from noon to 2 p.m.

“Admission is free and everyone is welcome,” said Gingras.
