A dash cam video caught a vehicle striking a pedestrian in a crosswalk during the evening of Nov. 25.
The collision, noted in the video, was captured just before 6 p.m. Between the darkness and the rain, the road reflects light from headlights and traffic lights. In the last few seconds of the video, a car turns left at the intersection of Shelbourne Street and Feltham Road. A woman can be seen in the crosswalk, and appears to be hit by the vehicle.
