A single vehicle accident at approximately 9:15 a.m. Tuesday morning had traffic on Lougheed Highway slowing down for close to an hour.
A 2015 Dodge Ram veered off the road and into a ditch near Sylvester Road. The vehicle was heading eastbound.
The driver, the lone occupant of the vehicle, was not seriously injured, but was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.
