On Friday evening, Terrace residents can drive-in to the parking lot of the Curling rink on Legion Ave and escape into an animated pre-historic era on the big screen.

The City of Terrace is organizing a movie in the park drive-in on Sept. 17 and screening Croods 2: A New Age in the parking lot of the Terrace Curling Club.

Gates open at 7: 15 p.m. and the movie will begin between 8:15 and 8:30 p.m. Entry for vehicles will be from Legion Ave. and staff will be on site to direct traffic for parking.

While it is a free event, it will be first-come, first-served basis considering the limited amount of vehicles that can be accommodated in the parking area.

Vaccine Cards will not be required for entry and the public is being asked to stay in the vehicle during the movie. Masks will be required to use the facilities on-site
