Royal Caribbean Lines' massive cruise ship makes third consecutive May visit to Nanaimo

Caribbean Cruise Lines’ Explorer of the Seas paid a visit to the city on Wednesday.

The 311-metre long ship, which can accommodate more than 3,900 passengers and has a crew complement of nearly 1,200 is on a five-day Best of British Columbia cruise and is slated to depart for Victoria this evening. The visit marks the third consecutive May that Nanaimo has been included on the ship’s cruise itineraries.
