Trips to Port Angeles will hit a snag this month now that the Coho ferry is out of service.

Black Ball Ferry Line confirmed the ferry, which traverses the Strait of Juan de Fuca between Victoria and Port Angeles, WA, will be out of service between Jan. 14 and Feb. 6 for its annual maintenance.

The 342-foot-long ferry carries up to 1,000 passengers and 115 vehicles per day across the coastal border throughout the year.

The Coho ferry’s full schedule is available here.

Ferries to and from Washington State are still available through Clipper Vacations, which provides service to Seattle and Friday Harbour.
