Fifth annual Touch a Truck in Abbotsford

Free interactive event held Sunday at Abbotsford Centre

The fifth annual Touch a Truck rolls into the parking lots at the Abbotsford Centre on Sunday, July 19 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with proceeds from the barbecue lunch going to benefit Matthew’s House and the Abbotsford Hospice Society.

Touch a Truck is a fun, hands-on, free educational event for the whole family.

Vehicles and interactive displays from Jack’s Towing, Superior Propane, and Abbotsford Forestry, Central Fraser Valley Search and Rescue, Abbotsford Fire Rescue, MSA Ford, BC Ambulance Service, Regional Transit are among the many companies and organizations that are  on-site and available for photo opportunities.

Machine operators are on hand to talk to children about the machines and to answer questions.
