As of 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, fire crews had a blaze at a Fleetwood home under control.
The home, which seemed to also serve as an auto repair service in the garage area, caught fire on the inside, and charred much of the interior of the house.
A man in his 40s is being treated by paramedics on the scene for apparent smoke inhalation.
The fire first broke out at about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, and crews arrived to find smoke arising from two sides of the home, at 16568 88 Ave.
There were no other reports of injuries. The cause has not yet been determined.
