The Boundary Creek Times would like to retract a statement made in the Greenwood council report, which ran on May 28. It stated that Mayor Ed Smith had referred to the city’s accounting practices as “shoddy,” while in fact he did not use that word at any time during his statements regarding the city’s finances.
The Boundary Creek Times would like to apologize to both city council and Mr. Robin Dalziel for this erroneous report.
