Golden & District Community Foundation
The Golden & District Community Foundation (GDCF) was recently given a large gift from on their most dedicated supporters, the Golden Log Truckers Association (GLTA).
Chris Schaap was on hand to present the cheque for $5,000 on behalf of the GLTA. This donation is added to their already substantial endowment fund, which helps a variety of community groups through the GDCF’s annual Community Grants Program.
Mr. Schaap will also be speaking at the upcoming GDCF AGM on Thursday April 18 at 7 p.m. at The Island Restaurant. All are welcome to attend.
