Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers is seeking the public’s help in locating the following individuals who were wanted as of May 9, 2017.

Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers is seeking the public’s help in locating the following individuals who were wanted as of May 9, 2017.

Kenneth Francis is wanted for assault causing bodily harm. Francis is described as a 41-year-old male, five-foot-seven, 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Angie Sam is wanted for use of a forged document, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and possession of stolen property. Sam is described as a 31-year-old female, five-foot-three, 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Kathleen Smith is wanted for two counts of failing to comply with an order. Smith is described as a 26-year-old female, five-foot-three, 201 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Zachary Ratcliffe is wanted for two counts of failing to comply with an order. Ratcliffe is described as a 25-year-old male, six-foot-one, 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Adrienne Hiebert is wanted for possession of a break-in instrument and breach of an undertaking. Hiebert is described as a 34-year-old female, five-foot-six, 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Ryan Lee is wanted for failing to comply with an order. Lee is described as a 27-year-old male, five-foot-three, 166 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
