SURREY — Surrey RCMP are asking for the public’s help in identifying the last remaining suspect in a residential break-and-enter captured on surveillance cameras.

Police say a man and woman allegedly robbed a home in the 10000-block of 127A Ave. around 11:30 a.m. on April 20, 2016.

The female knocked on the door and “unsuspecting occupants” opened it, Surrey RCMP said in a release.

The male forced his way into the home and allegedly threatened those inside with a weapon, according to police.

The two suspects then left in a silver Volkswagen Beetle, police say.

The first suspect, now identified as 40-year-old Mohammed Khan of Delta, has been charged with robbery, possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose, and break-and enter. He is in police custody.

But police have yet to identify the woman suspect (pictured).

She is described as fair-skinned and Caucasian, 25 to 35 years old with a medium build and shoulder length brown frizzy hair. In the video footage, she was wearing a grey tank top, denim jeans with a large hole torn in the left knee and pointed flaps covering the back pockets. She was also wearing distinctive off-white and tan coloured boots with half-inch raised heels.

“If you know this woman, please contact the Surrey RCMP,” says Corporal Scotty Schumann. “The police rely on co-operation and information from the public and together we can make the community a safer place.”
