The Holy Rollers’ famous apple pie is back this weekend only (famous in Cadboro Bay, at least).
The pies, which are sold frozen, are a much sought after part of Saturday’s St. George’s Anglican Church Christmas Bazaar.
St. George’s offers a $10 lunch of ham, potato salad, green salad, a bun and apple crisp with vegetarian/vegan options available.
The church’s Dragon Song Men’s Choir will perform while there will be gift certificates from Cadboro Bay Village businesses, a Treasure Sale, jewelry, and a table of children’s toys and games. A play-area is also set up for the kids, plus a kids shopping area where they can find special items to gift to their parents and siblings. Downstairs, is a big book sale with a great selection of books of all kinds.
For those who need a little something extra to spruce up their home, a variety of greenery, wreaths, garlands and other decorations will be available. All the re-usable greenery has been handmade by our in-house crafters, while the fresh greenery has been sourced and arranged from local backyards.
Saturday’s Bazaar is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. George’s Anglican Church, 3909 St. George’s Ln.
