Around 4 p.m. today (March 21), the Cariboo Regional District issued a press release stating the repair of the water pipe break on the Horse Lake Water System in the Anderson subdivision will be completed today.
The break was discovered yesterday (March 20).
Residents on the water system may resume normal use, and restrictions are no longer required.
Affected residents along Wolfe Road will receive door-to-door notices that the repairs are completed.
“The Cariboo Regional District thanks the Horse Lake Water System residents and media for their co-operation and assistance over the past two days,” the release concluded.
