Clearwater’s Hospital Auxiliary met at the Gateway Grill last week for its annual Christmas Social.
Then came the moment everyone had been waiting for—the drawing of the lucky ticket for $5,000.
This year all the auxiliary tickets were sold out by October. The support was amazing. Councillor Lynne Frizzle drew the winning ticket for the draw and the winner was Debbie Mayer.
It was so much fun presenting Debbie with her cheque. Congratulations Debbie, enjoy your win.
Dr. Helmcken Hospital also came out a winner as the auxiliary now has $5,000 to put towards equipment at the hospital that helps make things easier for doctors and patients.
We hope everyone will continue to support auxiliary’s fund raising efforts so it can continue to support the hospital.
The next one is the annual Garden Party on May 5, 2019. Hope to see you all there.
