Langley RCMP have released a picture of a man who is suspected of stealing a kayak from the roof of a pickup truck parked at Willowbrook Mall on Sept. 13.
The kayak is a 15-foot Perception Expression, green and yellow in colour. The suspect vehicle is described as a black Dodge pickup truck with three silver rims and one black.
The suspect is described as Caucasian, 25 to 35 years old, wearing white framed sunglasses and a black leather coat. He was seen carrying a female toddler, who is about two or three years old.
