Learn how to save the bees at upcoming workshop

Workshop teaches about the relationship between plants and pollinators in the Okanagan-Similkameen

Bees are some of the most important pollinators we have, and Okanagan Similkameen Stewardship is offering a workshop to learn more about them.

The group’s Oct. 23 workshop is a chance to learn more about some of the common native plants and pollinators in the region through the stewardship organization, which promotes conservation and restoration of wildlife habitat.

The workshop runs from 7 to 8 p.m. on Oct. 23 at the Summerland Library. It is free to attend, but space is limited and registration is required through oss-buzz.eventbrite.ca or 250-770-1467.
