A man was taken to hospital early Sunday after being stabbed outside a bar in Pitt Meadows.
The 27-year-old was found by police around 2 a.m. after officers responded to a call about a disturbance in the parking lot of Rooster’s Country Cabaret, off Lougheed Highway.
Staff Sgt. Roxanne Dowden said the man was stabbed with an object.
Paramedics with the B.C. Ambulance Service took him to hospital, where he is receiving medical treatment for non-life threatening injuries.
Dowden said the incident in under investigation.
