A heavily used stretch of Highway 10 in Delta will get concrete median barriers to prevent head-on collisions and other crossover crashes.
Work will begin at the end of July to add 600 metres of median barrier between Scott Road and Highway 91, along with a widening of that section of Highway 10.
Drivers are advised to expect delays until the $2.15-million project is completed sometime this fall. The corridor carries 30,000 vehicles a day.
