Mini Med School is back in Chilliwack starting in March

It's a chance to quiz doctors and other health professionals on a range of topics

Here come the free medical info sessions in Chilliwack set to run on consecutive Tuesday nights in March.

Some big changes are in store this time for the 10th Annual Mini Med School, kicking off March 6 in the NLC Alumni Hall.

Organizers say there will be shorter lecture-type sessions this year, followed by an exciting one-hour Q&A with a four-person panel.

Participants can also peruse the health-oriented information on display at a pre-event resource fair.

As usual the Mini Med School, presented by Chilliwack Division of Family Practice, offers the rare chance to hear from and chat with local doctors and other health professionals on key medical topics.

The tips they can offer can a make a difference in people’s lives and health in terms of getting the most out of their time with a physician for example.
