A semi truck and a snow plow were involved in an accident this morning near Lake Country.
Lake Country emergency crews were on scene of the accident, which happened at around 6 a.m. along Beaver Lake Road and Jim Bailey Road, which is considered to be in Kelowna’s jurisdiction.
The driver of the semi truck sustained minor injuries, and crews were also dealing with a fuel spill, according to fire chief Steve Windsor.
Windsor said the slippery roads were likely a factor which led to the accident.
