The Mission Community Cycling Coalition (M3C) is working with the District of Mission and recently set up a temporary, pop-up bike lane along 7th Avenue.
Orange cones are lining the street to create a safe path for cyclists to use.
The lane was set up as part of GoByBike week, (May 27 to June 2). The pop-up bike lane is a project to raise awareness of cycling in the community, to test out concepts for the permanent bike lane design, and to improve safety during GoByBike week and to encourage residents to bike to work or school.
