Mission RCMP is requesting the public’s help to identify and locate a robbery suspect.
On May 30 at approximately 11 a.m. the Mission RCMP attended the Cedars Retirement Home in response to a report of a robbery.
Staff advised that a male suspect allegedly arrived at the retirement home, signed in with a fake name and began roaming the building.
The male suspect was confronted by staff in a break room while rummaging through a purse. The male allegedly pushed a staff member to the ground and fled with the purse.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, five foot, 10 inches tall with a slim build. He is believed to be between 50 and 60 years old with short dark hair and a receding hairline.
