Three people were taken to hospital Saturday (Nov. 21) after hitting a moose on Hwy 37.
Kitimat RCMP said shortly before 7 a.m., a passenger van struck a moose while traveling south towards Kitimat. It rolled down a small embankment off the highway, near the Kitimat Air Park.
The three people in the van suffered minor injuries and were taken to hospital. The moose was deceased.
