Even transit users can’t escape the Island’s snow troubles.

BC Transit is warning passengers of delays as the second round of snow starts coming down hard across Greater Victoria.

“Due to weather and road conditions all bus routes may be late in Greater Victoria,” tweeted BC Transit.

Route 13 and 35 are closed, while other routes are unable to service specific stops.

BC Transit is still servicing the University of Victoria despite the school’s announcement that classes are cancelled as of 3:30 p.m. and campus services will shut down at 4:30 p.m.

Questions about route delays and cancellations can be directed to 250-382-6161.
