Traffic continues to be impacted on Morris Valley Road and Hemlock Valley Road, after rocks landed on the northbound lanes over the weekend.
DriveBC said crews were assessing the roads on Sunday, March 7, which lead up to Sasquatch Mountain Resort and along the Harrison River. The damage was located at the intersection of the two roads, past the Sts’ailes First Nation.
The northbound lanes remain closed due to extensive pavement damage, and the roads are open to single-lane alternating traffic only.
DriveBC is expected to release an update later this morning (March 8).
