An ambulance and tow truck were at the scene of a motor-vehicle incident near the uptown Tim Hortons.
At approximately 8 a.m., emergency responders were at the scene of the accident in the southbound lane on 30th Street NE, just north of the intersection at 9th Ave. NE.
