Kelowna RCMP is looking for assistance to identify a suspect in a sexual touching investigation that occurred on Halloween night at approximately 8pm. “A male in costume attempted to touch an underage female in the Rutland area. He was described as having a dark beard and dressed as a female wearing pink tights, pink top, with gold shorts or trim, t-shirt and wearing a long blonde wig,” said an RCMP representative in a press release.
