Police in Nanaimo hope to reunite several found tools with their owner.
The tools, which include a Ryobi drill, Mastercraft angle grinder and DeWalt circular saw level, were discovered by a city employee who was conducting a cleanup in south Nanaimo on Wednesday, April 7.
The tools are in relatively good condition, according to a Nanaimo RCMP press release, and were turned over to police.
Serial numbers on all the items found were checked and none had been reported stolen.
Anyone with information about the ownership of the tools is asked to call the Nanaimo RCMP non-emergency line at 250-754-2345 and quote file No. 2021-12338.
