Neil Snelson appeared in court Monday for the first time since he was sentenced for manslaughter in the death of Nelson’s Jennifer Cusworth.
L.V. Rogers alumna Jennifer Cusworth was murdered in 1993. Neil Snelson, convicted in 2011 of manslaughter, will get a new trial.
