More than 200 Nelson area residents turned out Sunday morning for the annual Terry Fox Run at Rotary Lakeside Park.
In one of the biggest crowds in recent years, participants ran, walked and rode the route that included distances from one kilometre to ten. The annual event raises money and awareness for cancer, honouring the memory of one of Canada’s true heroes.
