“It’s very rare for us to cancel a meeting, but it’s better to give the public a chance to make it,” said Oak Bay Mayor Kevin Murdoch.
The Heritage Commission is still scheduled to meet tomorrow, Feb. 12 at 5 p.m. Murdoch says they will try to keep that meeting as schedule if they can. He said it will be up to the commission’s chair and staff to make the final decision.
