A patient was airlifted to hospital following a crash near Cherryville Friday morning.
Lumby firefighters attended the single-vehicle incident on Highway 6.
According to the authorities, the occupant of the vehicle was ejected and had to be flown to hospital by helicopter.

The extent of the driver’s injuries were not immediately known.
There was also a single-vehicle crash in Coldstream Thursday evening.
A car hit a power pole on Kalamalka Road and one person was sent to hospital to be examined.
