Police have set up a yellow barricade tape and canopy tent at Bolivar Park in North Surrey.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is on the case.
“The victims are known to police and this is believed to be a targeted incident,” said Surrey RCMP Constable Richard Wright.
