A pair of suspects have been arrested arrested following a reported break, entry and theft from a job site at Horne Lake Cave Provincial Park, north of Qualicum Beach.
Oceanside RCMP were able to nab the suspects after they were alerted April 24 at 7:30 a.m. to be on the lookout for a suspicious vehicle, a 1992 GMC full-sized blue truck with body panels and hood painted with another colour.
The caller believed the occupants were involved in a break and enter. The RCMP located the unique looking vehicle on Horne Lake Road and it was stopped.
