Council has indicated it will evaluate proposals primarily on price, but may also give consideration to future intended uses where the financial offers are relatively equal.
There will be no public opening of offers. Offers received will be presented to city council for consideration and council may in its sole discretion choose to proceed with any or none of the offers. If council chooses to proceed with an offer, the buyer will be required to execute a purchase contract in a form acceptable to the city and no binding agreement for the purchase and sale of the property will be formed until both the buyer and the city have executed the purchase contract.
