A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Quadra Street at Hulford Street shortly before 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Reports indicate an 82-year-old woman was walking north on Quadra, when she was struck by a vehicle turning onto Quadra from Hulford. The woman was taken to hospital for observation. The injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
The driver of the vehicle is very distraught but co-operating with police.
