Penticton’s Caravilla Estates hosted another successful Remembrance Day ceremony on Monday.
According to organizers, around 40 people turned out for the 9 a.m. Nov. 11 ceremony, hosted at the mobile home park at 3105 South Main St., in advance of the City of Penticton’s ceremony which started at 10 a.m. with a parade.
This is the most-attended ceremony the home park has held to date, which is on track of the recent trend that more people in Canada are attending Remembrance Day ceremonies in recent years.
