Planned power outages will affect a portion of the Industrial and Wiltse areas in the coming months.

The City of Penticton‘s electric utility is planning five separate power outages between March 30 and June 2 in order to upgrade the system.

According to the city, the exact dates for the outages are still in the planning stages and each customer will receive a notice with a specific date and time seven to 10 days prior to the scheduled outage.
