WHALLEY – Surrey RCMP hope the public can help them find missing person William Joseph Carter.
He was last seen on April 11 in the North Surrey area and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police say Carter is known to frequent the downtown area of Vancouver and 135A Street in Surrey.
Carter, 45, is described as Aboriginal, five feet 11 inches tall, 168 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
His last known clothing description is unavailable, police say, adding that they are concerned for his health and well-being.
